Does Rascasse process personal data or PII?

No. Rascasse works exclusively with aggregated and modeled data at the group level. We never process personal data, track individual users, use cookies, or store any personally identifiable information (PII).

Is Rascasse GDPR / RGPD compliant?

Yes. Rascasse is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / RGPD). Our architecture is built on privacy by design principles, covering Art. 5 (data minimization), Art. 6 (lawful processing), Art. 25 (privacy by design), and Art. 44+ (data transfers).

Do we need a data processing agreement (DPA) to use Rascasse?

In most cases, no. Since Rascasse does not process any personal data on your behalf, a traditional DPA is not required for audience intelligence use cases. We provide full documentation for your legal and compliance teams upon request.
