HOW IT WORKS

How we build your intelligence setup.

From your first question to a tailored intelligence system — built around how your team makes decisions. Not just a login. A tailored intelligence setup — built with you.

1Tailored onboarding

Always tailored.

We begin with your questions, markets, audiences, brands and use cases — so the setup reflects how decisions are actually made inside your business.

  • Tailored audience definitions — built around the people you actually need to understand.
  • Business-specific setup — your KPIs, your wording, your decision moments.
  • Flexible market logic — single country, multi-market, or any combination in between.
  • Built around real use cases — sponsorship, expansion, brand strategy, media planning.
What you walk away with

A written brief that turns "we should know more about our audience" into a concrete intelligence project — scoped, costed, and ready to start.

1

Discovery call (60 min)

We listen. You explain what decision you need to make and what's standing in the way.

2

Hypothesis & data mapping

We translate your question into measurable audience hypotheses and pick the right data sources.

3

Tailored delivery plan

A written brief with scope, timelines, owners and the intelligence setup you'll get at the end.

2Audience logic

We define your audience precisely — while preserving the full complexity of real markets.

Your audience is rarely "women, 25–44". It's the people who follow specific brands, sports, lifestyles and channels — in markets that don't behave the same way twice. We compose audiences with the precision your decisions deserve and the flexibility real markets require.

  • Precise audience logic — composed from the brands, interests and behaviors that actually describe your audience.
  • Digital behavior across audiences, brands and channels — observed at scale, not estimated from panels.
  • 320,000+ data points to draw from, layered with demographics, psychographics and media consumption.
  • Flexible combinations and market realism — your audience definition adapts when a market behaves differently.
What you walk away with

A precisely defined audience — sized, validated and ready to be analyzed across every dimension that matters.

3Market & location setup

From countries to postal codes — your geography, your rules.

Most setups stop at country level. We don't. Choose from 172 countries, drill into regions and cities, or compose your own tailored geography down to individual postal codes — so the answers reflect the markets you actually operate in.

  • Countries, regions, cities and postal codes — pre-built scopes covering 172 countries, 1,800+ regions and 11,000+ cities.
  • Postal-code granularity for the U.S., Germany, UK, France and more — for catchments and territory-level decisions.
  • Tailored location sets — combine cities, regions and postal codes into the geography your business actually runs on.
  • Local market intelligence with population-weighted affinities — real reach in real places, not generic averages.

4Intelligence workspace

Your intelligence workspace.

Once your audience and markets are set, your team gets a prepared intelligence environment — built around your questions. Not software you have to learn. A workspace where the answers are already organised the way your decisions are made.

  • Log in and explore your data — audiences, markets, brands and channels, ready to interrogate.
  • Compare audiences side by side — across markets, demographics and behaviors.
  • Export to Excel, CSV and PowerPoint — decision-ready views your stakeholders can read on their phone.
  • Connect via API and MCP integrations — bring your intelligence directly into your own tools and AI assistants.
  • Personal account manager — a human who runs the analyses with you, so you can work independently without being left alone.

Common questions about the process.

How does it start?
With a 40-minute conversation. We listen to your questions, your markets, your audiences and your use cases — and tell you honestly whether Rascasse is the right partner. No pitch deck, no demo theater. From that conversation we draft a tailored intelligence setup proposal.
How long does the whole process take?
Most clients have a working intelligence workspace within two weeks of the kickoff call. The onboarding itself runs in parallel with technical setup — we don't wait around. Larger tailored projects (multi-market, postal-code level, multiple audiences) can take three to four weeks.
Do I need a data team to work with Rascasse?
No. Your team doesn't need to write SQL, manage a BI stack or interpret raw data. Your account manager runs the analyses with you and delivers decision-ready answers in an intelligence workspace your stakeholders can read on their phone. You can work independently in the workspace at any time — but you're never left alone with the data.
Can my team work in the workspace on its own?
Yes — log in, explore audiences, compare markets, run your own slices, export the views you need. At the same time, your account manager is one message away to run deeper analyses, set up new audiences or prepare board-ready outputs. Independence and partnership, not one or the other.
What can I export, and how do I integrate the data?
Every view exports to Excel, CSV and PowerPoint — ready for stakeholder readouts. For deeper integration, the workspace ships with API access and an MCP integration, so your audience intelligence can be pulled directly into your own tools, BI stack and AI assistants.
Can I change the audience definition later?
Always. Audiences are living definitions, not one-shot reports. Refine the audience logic, add a demographic layer, swap in a new market — the workspace updates automatically.
How is "tailored" different from a templated SaaS tool?
A templated tool gives everyone the same charts in the same order. We build the views your decision needs — in your wording, with your branding, around the KPIs your CFO actually asks about. The data engine is shared. The intelligence setup is yours.
What about postal codes and tailored location sets?
Postal-code level data is available for the US, Germany, UK, France and several other markets. Tailored sets let you combine arbitrary cities, regions and postal codes into a single business geography — store catchments, sales territories, tour routes, festival footprints. Affinities are population-weighted, so the numbers reflect real reach, not raw averages.
What happens after the workspace is live?
Your account manager stays on. Monthly check-ins, ad-hoc analyses, tailored exports for board meetings, new audiences as your strategy evolves. We're not a license you renew — we're a partner you call.
