Sponsorship Matching & Pitch · for clubs, leagues, federations and events
Find the brands with the strongest reason to sponsor you.
Some brands already have a proven connection with your fans. Others belong to a category your fans love but have barely reached them, and that is where growth is. Rascasse finds both from audience signals across 50,000+ brands, and gives you the charts for the pitch.
- 50,000+ brands
- 31,000+ sponsorship deals
- 200+ countries
- Not surveys

How we read the signals
Your fans. Their customers. Fit and growth in one view.
For every brand we compare two audiences: the people interested in your club, league or event, and the people interested in the brand. Both come from real digital behaviour, not from surveys.
- Overlap: how many people are in both audiences.
- Affinity: how much more likely your fans are to engage with the brand than the average person. 2.0× means twice as likely.
- Market share and growth: how big the brand already is in the market, and how fast its audience is growing.
- Sponsorship Score: all these signals combined in one number from 0 to 100, not a ranking by overlap alone.
Two kinds of opportunity
The best sponsor is not always the biggest overlap
Sponsorship Matching looks for the strongest reason to sponsor you. Sometimes that is a connection that already exists. Sometimes it is growth a brand has not captured yet.
The connection is already there
The brand has an above-average link with your fans: high affinity, large overlap. That validates the partnership with data the brand can check.
The category fits, the brand is still small
Your fans care strongly about the category, but this brand has not reached them yet. A sponsorship can bring it new customers, not the ones it already has. That is often the more interesting case.
A brand does not need to be big already to be your best prospect. A market leader with high penetration among your fans proves the fit, but may have little left to gain. A smaller or newer brand in a category your fans love may have more to win, and more reason to sign.
What slows you down
Selling sponsorship on gut feeling is hard work
Every club pitches the same obvious names. The brand that fits your fans best is often one nobody had on the list.
Media kits show spectators and followers. A brand wants to know whether your fans are its customers.
Collecting numbers, building charts, translating slides: days of work before the first call.
When a partner asks what the deal delivered, there is little more than impressions to show.
Which categories matter to your fans?
Relevance starts with the category. The industry portfolio places every industry by affinity against overlap. Top right: categories that are both large and a strong fit, the places where both proven fits and untapped brands are found. You see endemic and non-endemic industries, high-affinity niches, mass-market categories and the industries growing fastest.
- 695 industries and sub-industries, placed by affinity and overlap
- Tiers from core sponsoring categories to long tail
- One click from an industry to its brands

Proven fits and white space, brand by brand
Partner Discovery ranks thousands of brands on combined signals. High affinity and a large overlap validate an existing fit. Strong affinity with a small overlap or a low market share, inside a relevant category, points to untapped potential. Switch the view yourself:

All brands, ranked by Sponsorship Score: 13,783 matching brands for Borussia Dortmund fans in Germany.

Existing Sponsor: only brands with sponsorships on record, filtered by field and league. Here 2,868 brands.

Non-Endemic Opportunity: electronics retailers, software, banks and airlines that fit the same fans.
Three charts that belong in every pitch
For each brand on your shortlist, the overlap charts show why the partnership works. We recommend sending them with your first e-mail.

What you get
From a long list to a signed partner
Start small
Start with a Proof Case
One question, for example the ten best non-endemic partners for next season. One market, a fixed scope and a fixed price. The result is presented to the people who decide, and credited against the Annual fee if you continue.
Brands plan next season’s sponsorship budgets long before the season starts. The earlier you are on their shortlist, the better.
Questions
Before you ask
Where does the data come from?
From AI-based analysis of aggregated digital behaviour signals, not surveys: what people search, follow, watch and listen to, aggregated and anonymous. No panels and no questionnaires.
Does a brand need to be big to be a good prospect?
No. A large brand with high penetration among your fans proves the fit, but may have little left to gain. A smaller brand in a category your fans care about may have more to win from a partnership, and more reason to sign.
How complete is the sponsorship database?
It holds more than 31,000 sponsorship deals of 18,000+ brands across 57 sports, music and culture in 130 countries. It is updated continuously but not complete. Deals we do not know yet can be added on request.
What if a brand is missing?
We add it within two hours, including local and regional companies, with a full audience profile.
Which markets?
200+ countries, down to postal code, where available, updated quarterly with 4 to 10+ years of history.
Is this personal data?
No. We work with aggregated signals only: no names, no e-mail addresses, no individual profiles.
Do we need an analyst?
No. Your partnership team works in the Rascasse Solution directly, or our team delivers the shortlist and charts as an Insights Report.
How do we start?
With a Proof Case: one question, for example the ten best non-endemic partners for next season, a fixed scope and a fixed price, presented to the people who decide.
